By using RidePlan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Service
RidePlan provides training planning, coaching, educational, and performance-tracking tools for endurance athletes and coaches.
You are responsible for how you use the information and recommendations provided through the platform.
Beta Software
RidePlan is currently in beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, and downtime, defects, and loss of data are possible.
You use the beta service at your own risk. Keep your own record of anything you rely on.
No Medical Advice
RidePlan is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning or modifying any training, exercise, nutrition, or health-related program.
AI-Generated Recommendations
Your training plans, workout suggestions, performance insights, and coaching guidance are produced by artificial intelligence. They are not reviewed by a human coach before you see them.
AI-generated coaching can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific athlete, situation, or health condition. It is informational only and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.
You are responsible for judging whether a workout or recommendation is appropriate for you, and for evaluating and implementing any guidance at your own discretion.
No Guarantee of Results
RidePlan does not guarantee:
- Athletic improvement
- Race performance
- Fitness gains
- Weight loss
- Injury prevention
- Coaching outcomes
Results depend on numerous factors including training consistency, recovery, nutrition, health status, genetics, and individual circumstances, and individual results vary.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in cycling, running, strength training, and endurance sports involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability, and death.
